The time to develop products to market maturity is decreasing more and more. Especially in mechanical and plant engineering, development time is increasingly becoming a success factor. Intensifying technological progress and the demand for ever more flexible, modular products are also creating increased demands on development.<\/p>\n

Simply reducing the target times for a project is not enough to make it a success in a shorter time. Even closer reviews or controlling measures do not help. A methodological approach is needed that has proven itself in other sectors of the economy and aims to parallelize the processes.<\/p>\n

Parallelization cannot be prescribed. The prerequisite for parallelization is a common understanding of the system, because this is the only way for the departments to communicate and independently process their subsystems and bring them back together without conflicts.<\/p>\n

On the basis of the (customer) requirements, a common system understanding is generated between all areas involved. This is the starting point for successful communication and coordination of the work and thus successful parallel development work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
